Purpose

We’re all driven by our core mission: measuring and removing CO2 in water. That North Star helps guide everything we do at Vycarb and how we approach challenges. Ultimately, we’re here because we care, and we want to make a difference in the fight against climate change.

Curiosity

Working at a small, climate-tech startup means regularly tackling new problems, and learning new things. Our team is comprised of people with varied skillsets, each of whom is always looking to learn and develop our understanding of what we do. We want to work with people from diverse backgrounds who bring their own areas of expertise and are always looking to learn.

Adaptability

At Vycarb, we’re working with completely new technology, in a completely new industry. Things don’t always work how we expect, and we have to adapt to changing conditions. Because of this, adaptability is an important value for all of our team members. Coupling that with a bias to action allows us to move quickly to deal with roadblocks, be accepting of mistakes, and quickly iterate on our technology.
